Please read these disclosures carefully. By enrolling in a LegacyGrid AI credential program or representing a LegacyGrid AI credential, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclosures.
LegacyGrid AI credentials are professional development credentials issued by LegacyGrid AI, LLC. They are not academic degrees, government-issued licenses, or regulated professional certifications. They do not confer legal authority to practice any regulated profession and are not accredited by any government agency or recognized accrediting body.
LegacyGrid AI credentials are designed to recognize demonstrated knowledge of LegacyGrid AI's curriculum, frameworks, and assessment methodologies related to AI infrastructure, economic development, and workforce readiness. They are intended for professional development and informational purposes only.
Earning a LegacyGrid AI credential does not guarantee employment, promotion, contract award, business success, or any specific professional outcome. LegacyGrid AI makes no representation that credential holders will achieve any particular result from holding a credential.
The LegacyGrid AI Credential Registry is maintained on a best-efforts basis. LegacyGrid AI does not guarantee that the registry is free from errors, omissions, or delays. Credential status shown in the registry reflects the most recently recorded information and may not reflect real-time changes.

Active: The credential was issued by LegacyGrid AI and is currently within its validity period with no adverse action on record.
Expired: The credential's validity period has ended. An expired credential may not be represented as active or current.
Suspended: The credential has been temporarily suspended pending review or corrective action. A suspended credential may not be represented as active.
Revoked: The credential has been permanently revoked. A revoked credential may not be represented as active, valid, or held in good standing.
Withdrawn: The credential holder voluntarily withdrew the credential. A withdrawn credential may not be represented as active.
Credential holders may represent an Active credential in professional materials, resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and similar contexts, provided the representation is accurate and not misleading.
Credential holders may not: - Represent an expired, suspended, revoked, or withdrawn credential as active or valid. - Claim a credential confers a license, degree, or government-recognized certification. - Use a LegacyGrid AI credential in a manner that implies endorsement of any product, service, or organization by LegacyGrid AI. - Transfer, sell, or assign a credential to another individual.
Misrepresentation of a credential may result in revocation and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
Employers, clients, and other third parties may use the LegacyGrid AI Credential Registry at legacygridai.com/verify to confirm the current status of a credential. The registry is provided for informational purposes. LegacyGrid AI is not responsible for any decision made by a third party in reliance on registry information.
Credential verification lookups are logged for security and audit purposes. LegacyGrid AI does not sell or share credential registry data with third parties for commercial purposes. Verification logs may be reviewed by LegacyGrid AI to detect misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.

LegacyGrid AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any credential program at any time. LegacyGrid AI will make reasonable efforts to notify active credential holders of material changes to program requirements, validity periods, or renewal policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LegacyGrid AI's liability arising from or related to any credential, the credential registry, or any verification result is limited to the amount paid by the credential holder for the relevant credential program. LegacyGrid AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These disclosures are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
