Eligibility
Eligibility requirements for each LegacyGrid AI professional credential are published in the program guide for that credential. General requirements include professional experience, educational background, and agreement to LegacyGrid AI's code of conduct. Specific requirements vary by credential program. Full eligibility details are available on each credential's program page.
Assessment and Examination
Each credential program includes a structured assessment process. Assessment formats, passing standards, and administration procedures are defined in the program guide for each credential. LegacyGrid AI reserves the right to update assessment formats and standards with reasonable notice to candidates.
Credential Maintenance and Renewal
LegacyGrid AI professional credentials are issued for a defined credential term. Credential holders are responsible for satisfying any continuing education, renewal, or maintenance requirements published for their credential program. Credentials that are not renewed in accordance with published requirements will expire at the end of the credential term.
Suspension and Revocation
LegacyGrid AI may suspend or revoke a credential if a holder violates the code of conduct, provides false information in an application or assessment, or engages in conduct that brings the credential program into disrepute. Suspension and revocation procedures are described in the program guide for each credential.
Use of Credential Name and Designation
Credential holders may use the credential name and designation only during an active credential term and only in accordance with LegacyGrid AI's published usage guidelines. Use of a credential name or designation after expiration, suspension, or revocation is prohibited. LegacyGrid AI credential names are proprietary designations of LegacyGrid AI.
Appeals
Candidates and credential holders may appeal assessment decisions, eligibility determinations, and disciplinary actions in accordance with the appeals procedure published in the applicable program guide. Appeals must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in the program guide.
