Unless a signed statement of work expressly identifies a different status for a specific deliverable, all analyses, concepts, scenarios, estimates, diagrams, roadmaps, recommendations, and certifications are conceptual, pre-decisional, and limited to the information, assumptions, criteria, evidence, and date stated in the deliverable.
LegacyGrid AI does not build, construct, install, finance, develop, own, commission, or operate infrastructure. It is not the engineer of record, architect of record, contractor, construction manager, developer, utility, equipment manufacturer, operator, broker, lender, fiduciary, or investment adviser. It does not provide sealed professional-engineering documents, legal or tax advice, investment recommendations, construction means and methods, jobsite safety services, or guarantees of utility capacity, financing, regulatory approval, certification, cost, schedule, performance, or project outcome.
The client remains responsible for project decisions and must retain appropriately licensed and qualified professionals for final investigation, verification, design, permitting, financing, construction, commissioning, and operation. LegacyGrid AI may rely on client and third-party information unless verification is expressly scoped.
Each deliverable is limited to the named client, authorized users, purpose, project, conditions, and date. No one should use it for a final investment, financing, permitting, procurement, construction, safety, or operational decision without independent verification, and no third party may rely without LegacyGrid AI's express written authorization.
LegacyGrid AI's services are judgments based on available information, assumptions, constraints, and conditions at the time. Reasonable professionals may reach different conclusions. Nothing in any deliverable, proposal, presentation, website content, or communication constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or assurance of any project outcome, financial return, regulatory approval, utility commitment, or engineering performance.
Descriptions of EDC Certified™ or other assessment and certification-related services are informational. Certification, if offered, applies only to the asset, scope, criteria version, evidence, and time period stated in an executed authorization or certificate. It is not a warranty of performance, regulatory approval, investment quality, uninterrupted operation, or future compliance. LegacyGrid AI may withhold, condition, suspend, or revoke authorization to use certification identifiers under the applicable program rules.
