General Usage Rules

Use marks exactly as shown — do not change spelling, capitalization, spacing, wording, color, proportion, or orientation. Do not combine a mark or logo with another mark, word, or design without written approval. Use marks as adjectives, not nouns or verbs. Do not use marks in the plural or possessive form. Do not use a mark in a domain name, social-media handle, application name, or keyword advertisement without written permission. Use the attribution notice in any material that makes material use of the marks: "AI Infrastructure Systems Engineering™, AISE™, and EDC Certified™ are trademarks of [PLACEHOLDER — INSERT LEGAL OWNER]. LegacyGrid AI is a brand identifier of [PLACEHOLDER — INSERT FULL LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. All rights reserved."

EDC Certified™ — Additional Rules

Use EDC Certified™ only in connection with an active written authorization or certificate from LegacyGrid AI. Do not display an EDC Certified™ badge, seal, or certificate unless an active written authorization expressly permits it. Do not state or imply that EDC Certified™ is a government approval, professional-engineering stamp, warranty, safety certification, financial rating, investment endorsement, or guarantee of current or future performance. Use must stop or change immediately upon expiration, suspension, revocation, material scope change, or written instruction from LegacyGrid AI.

Prohibited Uses

• Implying sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, affiliation, certification, or approval that LegacyGrid AI has not authorized in writing. • Using a mark for a competing methodology, certification program, advisory service, product, company name, domain, social handle, application, or keyword advertisement. • Changing spelling, capitalization, spacing, wording, color, proportion, orientation, or combining a mark or logo with another mark without approval. • Using a mark in a misleading, defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or reputationally harmful context. • Reproducing proprietary assessment criteria, scorecards, badges, certificates, seals, or report templates without written permission. • Using a mark more prominently than the third party's own brand or in a way that suggests LegacyGrid AI is the source of the third party's goods or services.

Permitted Factual References by Third Parties

A third party may make a limited, truthful, non-misleading text reference to LegacyGrid AI or a methodology to identify the firm or describe an actual relationship, service, quotation, publication, or current authorization. The reference must be no more prominent than reasonably necessary, must not use a logo or badge without written permission, must preserve the correct mark, and must include context that avoids implying sponsorship or broader certification. All contractual confidentiality and publicity restrictions still apply.

Licensing and Permission Requests

Requests to license a mark, display a logo or certification badge, reproduce methodology materials, or make a partnership or endorsement claim must be submitted to info@legacygridai.com with the subject "Trademark/License Request." Include the requesting legal entity, proposed wording or artwork, media, territory, audience, duration, and relevant authorization or certificate. No permission exists unless LegacyGrid AI gives written approval through an authorized representative. [PLACEHOLDER — CONFIRM TRADEMARK/LICENSING CONTACT AND APPROVAL AUTHORITY.]

Enforcement and Corrections

LegacyGrid AI may request correction, attribution, removal, suspension, or cessation of unauthorized or misleading use. Failure to object once is not a waiver. Authorized users must cooperate promptly and retain evidence of approval. Questions about fair use, nominative use, comparative advertising, certification claims, or press references should be referred to counsel before publication.
