Intelligent Developments is LegacyGrid's EDC Layer 4 — the neighborhood-scale distributed AI compute model that brings xFRA nodes, site-level BESS, and solar generation to Texas HBCUs, K-12 school districts, and new construction developments.

Each node packs 16 NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs into a self-contained, quiet outdoor unit. Deployed at schools, campuses, and new construction — no new building required.

LegacyGrid BESS Layer

A site-level battery system buffers the node's 15–20 kW continuous draw from the grid. At 100 nodes across Waller County, the collective BESS becomes a 1.15 MW ERCOT Virtual Power Plant.

Community Benefit Structure

Institutions receive lease revenue, discounted electricity, student paid internships, compute credits, and backup power — all without paying a dollar upfront.
