Active Focus

Establish the LegacyGrid model at Prairie View A&M University — the 60MW feasibility study, Serverfarm-first site opportunity package, no-upfront-school-cost structure, Workforce Academy pilot, energy resilience layer, and community benefit framework. PVAMU proves the model works.

Workforce Academy Pilot

Proposed

Launch a small, practical workforce pilot tied to data-center infrastructure jobs at PVAMU. First programs include AI Infrastructure Awareness, Data Center 101, Electrical and Fiber Career Pathways, HVAC/Cooling Systems Overview, and student internship pathway planning.

Potential Expansion

Use the PVAMU proof of concept to open a broader conversation with The Texas A&M University System. Show how the model can connect to larger system-wide workforce and infrastructure strategy.
