PVAMU + TSU: Land-Host and Workforce Engine Together
While PVAMU is the land-host feasibility target, TSU is the urban talent engine. Together, they represent the full LegacyGrid HBCU strategy for the Houston/Waller County AI infrastructure corridor: land + workforce + community.
TSU's aviation facility at Houston Spaceport demonstrates the university's capacity to participate in off-campus infrastructure and workforce partnerships — a model that aligns directly with LegacyGrid's approach. Both institutions are part of the Texas A&M University System, providing institutional credibility and a pathway for system-wide engagement.
