LegacyGrid AI is not a single-school play. The model is designed to scale. But scaling requires proof of concept, and proof of concept requires starting somewhere. PVAMU is that starting point. Not because it is the only opportunity, but because it is the most strategically positioned opportunity to prove the model in a way that opens the door to system-level conversations.

University systems do not move quickly. The Texas A&M University System, like most large university systems, requires demonstrated results before committing to new models or partnerships. A successful Phase 1 at PVAMU, a completed feasibility study, a structured partnership framework, and a credible deal structure, creates the evidence base that system-level conversations require. The PVAMU-to-System Pathway

The pathway from PVAMU to The Texas A&M University System is logical but not guaranteed. It depends on PVAMU leadership engaging with the LegacyGrid AI model and finding it credible, a completed feasibility study that demonstrates the 60MW opportunity is real, a deal structure that protects PVAMU's interests and creates demonstrable value, and system-level awareness of the model and its potential for replication. The Broader Texas HBCU Network

Beyond The Texas A&M University System, LegacyGrid AI is building toward a Texas HBCU network that includes all 9 Texas HBCUs. PVAMU is Phase 1. TSU Houston is positioned as an urban workforce and innovation hub. The other Texas HBCUs each have unique assets and positioning that the LegacyGrid model can evaluate and package. The goal is not to build one data center. The goal is to build a model that can be applied across every Texas HBCU and eventually HBCUs and colleges nationwide.
