Serverfarm is a data center developer and operator with a strong track record in AI-ready, build-to-suit infrastructure development. Their HOU1 and HOU2 Houston AI campuses demonstrate their commitment to the Texas market and their capacity for large-scale, phased development. Most critically, Serverfarm has active data center development in the Hockley/Waller County area — the same corridor where PVAMU is located.

Geographic Alignment

The geographic alignment between PVAMU's land, Serverfarm's Hockley activity, and the broader Houston AI infrastructure market creates a unique Phase 1 opportunity. PVAMU sits on approximately 1,440 acres in Prairie View, Texas — just 12 miles from Serverfarm's active Hockley corridor development.

The corridor connects three critical nodes: PVAMU's campus with its land, workforce pipeline, and institutional trust; the Waller County corridor with power infrastructure, industrial zoning, and fiber access; and the Houston metro market with AI demand, talent, and economic development resources.
